How do I place an order?
In order to process your order we require the following information:

What is a "Cafetel"?
A cafetal is a coffee farm or coffee-growing estate. In Colombia, the word usually brings to mind hillsides lined with coffee plants, hand-picked cherries, and the generations of work behind the country’s famous coffee culture. It is not just a field of coffee. It is the heart of where Colombian coffee begins.
How long does shipping take?
We are fast! We roast to order and ship via UPS or USPS so orders are typically out the door inside of 24hrs, and deliver is typically 3 to 5 days.
What are your shipping & handling charges?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.99 for most states and $8.99 for some western locations.
When will my order ship?
We try to ship all orders in 24 hrs or less on business days.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept most forms of payment online and we can send an invoice for wholesale, restaurant or cafe orders.
